Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We offer Free Shipping for orders over $1,000. Shipping price for under $1,000 is $150. 

Note: This applies for deliveries in 30 miles radius of Lorton VA.

We offer nationwide shipping throughout the United States. Additional freight charges may apply to oversized, custom, or special-order products.

In-store pickup

In-Store Pickup is available, After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up on the same day. Our Warehouse Address is

Our in-store pickup hours are:

8AM - 5PM  on Monday to Friday 

10 AM - 3PM on Saturdays

We are closed On Sundays

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@pannello.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs and any applicable return shipping charges.

Due to the nature of wall panels, wallpapers, building materials, and custom products, items that have been installed, cut, modified, damaged after delivery, or used in any way are not eligible for return or refund.

Custom-made, made-to-order, special-order, personalized, or cut-to-size products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during transit or found to have a manufacturing defect.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@pannello.net with your order number and photographs showing the product and packaging condition.

Damage claims should be reported within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.

We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a satisfactory resolution whenever possible.

Pannello reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise before issuing a refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days after approval to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Orders refused by the customer after shipment, without prior authorization, may be subject to restocking fees, return shipping charges, and any applicable freight carrier fees.
